Under general direction, independently works with customers to establish business need and goals and elicits requirements for development of systems solutions for moderately to highly complex projects. Produces functional specifications and obtains customer approval. Acts as liaison between the customer and the development team to determine and deliver the most effective solution. JOB DESCRIPTION:
A senior .net developer who works independently with minimal direction to integrate business-level processes and data within the enterprise and between key business unit applications and infrastructure supported systems. The candidate must have proven experience designing and coding applications with .Net. In addition to hands-on programming responsibilities, this position may be responsible for driving multiple projects to completion. They will establish and communicate common goals and direction to the team. Will have responsibility for training, mentoring, directing, and validating the work of less experienced/knowledgeable analysts. Independently researches and resolves technical problems of the highest complexity.
Candidate should enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and have the aptitude to learn quickly. The right candidate should possess a strong technical background, enthusiasm to learn new tools and technologies, have great communication skills and enjoy working with people.
