Title: Senior Consultant - Application Development Location: INDIA-BANGALOREOverall Role purpose: 1) Extensive domain knowledge in eLearning, comprehensive business / technical experience in delivering large-scale & enterprise wide Learning Management Systems. 2) Experience in installation, rebranding, implementation (including interfacing to relevant systems) and testing of a Learning Management System 3) Experience in workings and administration of a Learning Management System. 2) Ability to coordinate with vendor, business users and other stakeholders. 3) Sound understanding of software development lifecylce, project management, excellent communication skills. 4) Ability to provide high level LMS administration and technical support for the design, development, and deployment of e-learning courseware 5) Plateau LMS experience is preferred. Key Accountibilities and Responsibilities:Technology:Leverages hands-on experience in development methodology, structured programs, vendor utilities, coding, object oriented design methodologies, high level programming languages, application-level firewalls, business applications/component design, and analysis to test application ple:Functions as an active member of the development team in all phases of the project. May provide technical tomer:Works with customer as needed to translate design requirements into application iness:Ensures application(s) contribute to the overall mission of the business and meet applicable standards/requirements. Participates in cross-functional groups to identify and document application functionality requirements, workflow, and information ancial:Performs all assigned activities within the quality, cost, and schedule parameters of the project.
