Title: Senior Consultant - Enterprise Package Solutions Location: INDIA-CHENNAI 3 years of formal software testing experience in planning, writing, and executing functional and system tests of distributed systems within a structured software development process ? PeopleSoft HCM modules - PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Base Benefits, and Training Administration, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, Message Agent, Query/Crystal? Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.x process flow for HCM? Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.x data structures? Ability to effectively decipher and comprehend both technical and business documentation ? Ability to multitask and adjust to changing project schedules and priorities ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Work with the client to evaluate the various test processes and verify the solutions ? Document specification, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information? Prior test automation experience using Rational Robot and/or Mercury QTP very helpfulSkill Requirement* Over all 4-6 years of experience including 2 years of hands on PeopleSoft experience * Should have worked on PeopleSoft 8.9 * Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR processes, configuration, tables, data etc * Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents and business requirements * Must be detail oriented and quality driven and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. * Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills * Experience in Business Analysis HR, Employee and Manager Self Service etcSoft Skills- English Language- Communication- Good Problem Solving ability Prefer BE/BTech/MCA
