Summary:
Provide support to Medical Products Container Development efforts from R&D Teams:
•QA support for container and solution product life cycle management activities
•QA support for Container Closure Risk Management
•QA Support for R&D commitments for key Container Closure programs Essential Duties:
•Perform standard quality engineering assignments that are typically a significant portion of a larger project. Select sound techniques to solve problems. Assess results for application, validity and conformance to specifications.
•Function as a Quality team member for R&D and life cycle projects.
•Utilize quality engineering tools to solve straightforward problems (e.g. FMEA, Design of Experiments).
•Participate on small project teams as needed to accomplish project objectives.
•Study and recommend techniques to improve existing products/processes.
•Lead and approve CAPA projects.
Job Requirements
•Prefer experience with TQM methods (e.g. DMAIC, DFSS, Lean).
•Display a solid technical understanding of engineering principles and procedures (e.g. FMEA, FTA, Requirements Management).
•Understand and articulate how own role ties within function or discipline.
•Demonstrate application of engineering principles on individual/small projects.
