Senior Implementation Engineer # 011027
Responsibilities - Work closely with our new customers in the implementation of our suite of fixed income product - Assist with the integration of our products with clients' existing internal and third-party systems - Provide product training and support to external clients, answering technical questions on MWSA's software applications - Develop new technical tools and enhance existing tools to support the business activities of our clients' businesses - Help to create technical documentation for our products - Take part in the design and integration of new features and functions within our products
Qualifications - Must be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline - Experience managing large projects for external clients - Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task - Knowledge of C++/C#/Java, or similar programming languages; experience with Visual Basic and/or Excel VBA desirable - Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or another relational database preferred - Familiarity with web development (HTML, PHP, etc.) and software packaging desirable - Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and Access - Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail - Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, as well as integrate appropriately with the team and other areas within Moody's Analytics
