Description
Requirements: Professional experiences and training commensurate in Political Science, National Security Studies, Foreign Studies, or a related field and eighteen (18) years of experience minimum, in SIGINT Intelligence, SIGINT Operations, or Signals related fields. Required Clearance: Current TS/SCI w/CI polygraph min. Willingness to take FS poly. FS polygraph preferred. Job Duties: Developing themes, agenda and briefings for annual conference; foreign partner support (information databasing, process improvement) to improve cost/benefit ratio; goals/objectives/metrics development; senior meeting facilitation; Strategic Lead coordination and strategy/implementation plan integration; process improvement; Roster development and implementation; mission delegation strategy, implementation, tracking and documentation; concept development and documentation. SIGDEV business process improvement including quarterly status reporting; development and implementation to include manuals and training; partner agency CONOP development; tasking process documentation and improvement. Business process implementation and integration during long-term requirements development and data migration effort.
