Senior IT Manager ? Enterprise Desktop Management

• Lead the implementation of standard images, operating systems and desktop applications across the enterprise.
• Implement process improvements for desktop support and and image/OS/application distribution based on key process indicators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of an organization.
• Work closely with program managers for project development.
• Set group goals and determines performance against these goals.
• Manage the operations of systems and processes to ensure low cost and efficient use of systems and personnel.
• Keep abreast of technological innovations in the information technology industry.
• Engage in typcial activities of managers including, hiring, performance issues, training, and mentoring staff.
• Directs the creation of reports necessary to determining the performance of the department.
• Update SOX process documentation quarterly as required, complete quarterly SPOQ questionnaires as required and perform/monitor required SOX controls as described in Tutor documentation.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Subordinate group contains exempt/non-exempt as well as lower lever supervisors.  Will manage personnel issues (hiring, performatnce aprraisals, terminations, etc.)
