Title: Senior Java Developer - CI Location: India Research & Development-Pune
The job consists of following activities: * Design and architect J2EE based module as part of the enterprise applications * Development using the SAS Business Intelligence Architecture * Implement test based development process that focuses on delivering high quality products * Coding and development using Java,Spring, Hiberate and using the SAS BI Platform * Handle full workflow from Client(Thick and thin) till data tier. * Excellent skills in designing and developing Java/J2EE based products * Experience with OOAD & UML design patterns in product development. * Excellent programming skills with Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Webservices, Struts, Spring * Good verbal and written communication skills * Familiarity with XML, JDBC, SQL, Databases, Jakarta Ant * Hands on knowledge of using various application server viz. Tomcat, Apache, Web Logic, Web Sphere, JBoss * Knowledge of Eclipse based development framework is preferred * Familiarity with multiple operating systems * Knowledge of software development processes and Quality Standards * Good hands on in TDD and Agile/XP * Hands on knowledge of the different applicable specifications and RFCs
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or related engineering field with min 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
