As the Senior HRIS Analyst you will be expected to act as the lead systems liaison for the HR organization by providing both technical and functional support to the HR organization in conjunction with Finance and IT. Provide subject matter expertise using best practices and HR technology to solve business problems. Complete strategic configuration changes to Lawson HR, Payroll, & Absence Management modules per business requirements and conduct quality assurance testing. Coach and Mentor consultants on Lawson applications and tools as well as best practices. Identify and understand the downstream effects of business transactions in the system and provide system awareness to several stakeholders in the organization. Daily responsibilities for this position will include the following:
. Facilitate and lead requirement gathering with HR and other business organizations . Partner with ITS and Finance organizations to formulate, recommend, and implement system solutions based on business requirements . Review, recommend, and develop processes and operational procedures which are efficient and cost effective . Monitor business processes to maintain the quality of HR data . Act as the point of contact for those experiencing difficulties using the HR system . Complete direct data entry updates to the HR system as required or conduct complex mass loads in the system . Enter configuration changes to the HR systems and conduct quality assurance testing . Coach and mentor team on business transaction awareness, Lawson applications and tools, as well as promote knowledge sharing across the organization. . Ensure system documentation is current for all process and configuration changes . Provide reporting / information delivery capability to the HR organization
Daily Responsibilities Continued: The Senior HRIS Analyst will be part of a small team of analysts that are managed by the Director of HRIS. The ideal candidate will have to quickly adapt to the medium to fast paced, outcome orientated environment collaborating with peers and customers with diverse opinions and perspectives. A thorough knowledge of Core HR and the impacts to Payroll, Talent Management, and other downstream modules will be a plus in foreseeing issues and troubleshooting problems as they occur. Some of the Key Deliverables will be:

We are currently undergoing a HCM transformation process to modernize its current business processes. SRA intends to move forward with an implementation strategy to implement a talent management system solution in the near future. This TMS will need to integrate with our current Lawson system and may require different configuration to ensure a seamless integration between the two systems. This person will have a significant role in leading the integration effort and providing subject matter expertise to the technical and functional teams.
This position will provide a top performer an opportunity to significantly contribute to the transformation of the HCM system modernization effort. This person will have the opportunity to identify areas of potential improvements to existing configuration, methodologies, deliverables, business processes and procedures, and recommend and implement alternative solutions to meet SRA's needs and improve SRA's ability to recruit, develop, motivate, train, compensate, and retain its people. Required: Years of experience:(min) 6-9 Required: Degree Bachelors Required: Basic Qualifications . Must have a strong functional background using structured methodology preferably with Lawson S3 using HR/Benefits, Payroll, and Absence Management modules. . 5-8 years of hands on Lawson HR/PR experience preferably working in HRIS, or as a HR System developer, HR System Analyst or HR Business Analyst. Full suite implementation experience is a plus. . Experience in SQL, Crystal Reporting or other reporting tools is required . Experience with collecting requirements and developing process maps is required . Certified in Lawson HR v9.0 is a plus . Excellent writing and documentation skills . Experience working on small fast pace project teams. . Must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. . Talent Management system experience is a plus. . BS degree Required: Travel 0 - 10%
