Senior Manager - FS IT Service Management

You must live or relocate to Chicago, NYC or Boston (if not then be willing to travel 100%) - Local travel model.
You must have experience with a Tier 1 or 2 consulting firm.
Deep experience and understanding of the financial services vertical to include: Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and Asset Management sectors
You must be a US Citizen or US Resident
This position is focused on leading ITSM engagements (not overseeing exisiting systems)
IT Service & Asset Management:
All services related to the planning, design and implementation of an IT Service Management or Asset Management program including technology, process and people components.
To include: Enterprise Architecture, Process Design, IT Service Management and capacity management.
Demonstrates an extensive ability to design, architect and upgrade large complex infrastructures, as well as leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities to develop strategy; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, emphasizing the ability to draft and deliver verbal and written presentations and client reports
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities to manage project engagements, including the abilities to pay attention to detail; retain poise under pressure; focus on meeting deadlines through a combination of interpersonal flexibility, thoroughness and self-motivation; and utilize critical thinking to analyze information accurately and make sound decisions
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities to deliver engagements within allocated timeframes according to agreed client contracts, including the development of solutions that encourages stakeholder buy-in
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities to manage the effectiveness of relationship with clients and engagement team members
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities to support the meeting of sales targets and participation in a number of business development / proposal efforts
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities to provide quality of technical capabilities and solutions, as well as maintaining technical credibility with clients
