Translating business problems into analytic frameworks and using advanced methods (data mining, statistical modeling) to create business value
Managing a team of analytics professionals and projects throughout entire development lifecycle: concept, design, production, testing and release of projects
Conceiving, communicating and owning the overall timeline for analytics projects
Driving innovation, both as a principal data analyst and manager of team(s) of analysts
Delivering solutions to all marketing verticals across the enterprise
MS or PhD in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research/Management Science, Economics, or equivalent
5-7 years of industrial experience in data science, working directly with data, building models, and measuring results
