The Core Service team is responsible for providing secure processing on all communications with all partners. This team is responsible for the continuous improvement of the core service framework.
Job Responsibilities: Develop new system interfaces. Develop scalable and high performance message transactions. Leads small, intermediate and large size projects. Formulates/defines specifications. Develops custom applications and modifies existing applications to meet distinct and changing business requirements. Handles the systems development life cycle on large size development and enhancement projects. Assists with project planning, project definition, requirements definition, analysis, design, testing, system documentation and user training. Handles coding, debugging and documentation. Supports the QA group in developing test plans and test scripts. Provide post-implementation and on-going production support as an on-call programmer.

Required Qualifications:
Proficient knowledge of the .NET framework and Visual Studio (, C#, .Net 3.5, Visual Studio 2008 preferable). Strong understanding of SQL programming and data architecture. Experience with ISO8583 message format. Experience with thread management in .NET framework. Experience in the credit processing/financial systems markets. Knowledge of PCI-DSS. (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Technical documentation. Knowledge of other development languages is helpful to understanding how they would interface with exposed services. (PHP, Java, Ruby, ASP etc) A commitment to producing top quality, well designed and flexible custom applications. Very strong programming ability, with great attention to detail and design. Demonstrated ability to design and assist in the timely delivery of high-quality software. Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills.
Other preferred experience: Strong understanding of the OWASP top 10 security vulnerabilities. Experience implementing WCF and RESTful services. Experience implementing service oriented architecture. Experience using Windows Work Flow.
