Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.
Job Requirements
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Our Higher Education Practice seeks consultants to provide a high quality product consultancy to clients to help them gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft software. This position requires 100% travel with work done on-site at Oracle client locations within the U.S.
General Duties/Responsibilities The PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Functional Lead is responsible for working with clients to implement the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PeopleSoft applications. The successful candidate will configure the PeopleSoft modules, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale PeopleSoft application solutions. The Functional Lead will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge, facilitate working sessions and manage client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications · PeopleSoft Campus Solutions implementation and/or upgrade experience · Demonstrated ability to facilitate fit/gap, system review, data analysis, and situation assessment · Minimum of four years current, hands-on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions implementation experience · Communicates clearly and effectively with customers and Management · Executive presentation skills · Displays effective analytical skills · Previous consulting experience is a plus
