Responsibilities: * Review and understand customer requirements and specifications. * Design and develop applications and software solutions that?conform to technical specification and/or customer requirements. * Test, debug and add enhancements to existing applications. * Create technical documentation on new design and enhancements. * Work with Source control system and Defect tracking system. • Analyze and help resolve software related issues from customer support team and recommend solutions
Qualifications: Required: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other Engineering disciplines o A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience. o Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, C++, MFC, SQL. o Strong programming skills and good understanding of ?software development cycle. o Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Object Oriented Analysis & Design. o A good understanding of relational database design and writing optimized SQL queries, triggers and stored procedures. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills. o Ability to identify, prioritize and execute tasks to meet project deadline. o Ability to work with minimal supervision. Preferred: o Healthcare experience o Ability to understand complex details of computer program design. o Demonstrates a good understanding of quality processes and the ability to produce high quality solutions o Commercial software experience o Full software lifecycle development experience o Strong customer service skills in working with users.
