Title: Senior SAP Consultant (PL) Location: USA We are seeking expertise to explore opportunity within HP's SAP practice across Canada. Responsibilities: · Provide end-to-end solutions within the context of SAP ERP including: Apps Management, RunSAP, Basis Hosting, Consolidations, Migrations, Upgrades · Align industry specific business processes with SAP business processes. · Provide costing/pricing in alignment with the solutions and provide resource allocation/optimization schemas using a modular/functional approach with detailed tasks/activities tracking capabilities. · Present creative cost saving solutions that meet client specific requirements. · Provide the necessary project work plans within implementation and outsourcing provisioning environments and manage/communicate on infrastructure and application support requirements across different business units. · Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and translate them to system requirements with ability to identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. · Align work plans and tasks/activities start/end dates across various business units. · Manage HW, SW and Support related integration requirements and manage all aspects of integration requirements during an implementation including interfaces, conversion, peripherals and EDI. Required Work Experience: · Minimum 7 years experience as an SAP solutions with a minimum 5 end-to-end full SAP cycle implementations and upgrades. · Hands on experience in various SAP Modules: ECC ( HRCM, FICO) SCM, APO, BI/BW, BobJ, Netweaver, XI/PI, SOA. · Proven experience implementing SAP within two or more of the following industries: Utilities (IS-U) , Manufacturing, Public Sector (IS- PS) - Healthcare (IS- HC) · Strong ability to communicate effectively with client executives. · Strong ability to facilitate and conduct executive and management levels workshops and presentations. · Strong ability to manage proposals/bids and provide/review solution and pricing content. · Strong ability to work in a challenging environment and timelines with ability to escalate problems/issues and recommend remedies in a fast paced manner. · Strong organizational skills and ability to track work retroactively for audit and solution review purposes. · Desire and ability to relocate anywhere in Canada; or be available for up to 80% travel as required.
