Who are we? We are the MDSC Mobile Operator Engineering Team. Our mission is to ensure that our top mobile operators have the Windows Mobile-based products in their stores that are necessary to drive volume for our business. We will do this by:

Strengthening our technical relationship with the top 10 mobile operators worldwide through local resources
Enabling the mobile operators themselves and/or their partners (ISVs, ODMs, SIs, etc) to build and integrate applications/services to the operator's specifications through co-development, support, training, co-testing, etc
Delivering on specific strategic agreements with our mobile operators for MCB and the company
Ensuring that we have great handsets that ship on time with high quality
Facilitating and participating in technical engagement with mobile operators for MDSC and MCB

We are looking for senior developers with experience shipping products and an understanding of the realities in doing so. Having experience producing written designs for medium to large systems and possessing the communication skills to explain them to all disciplines is a must. Finally, we want someone with a driving passion about this product and about the mobile space.

Qualifications for this position include:
Love of mobile technology is a must-have!
7+ years of development experience in C++ or C# working on all phases of a development cycle
Creative and innovative thinking
Technological experience in mobile and embedded development
Experience with graphics programming is preferable
Insight and intuitive thinking to recognize, address proactively and solve hard problems that span technology, development models, testing, and other areas
Interpersonal savvy, negotiation and problem solving skills to work through issues/conflicts diplomatically
Experience with Silverlight is a plus
Experience in User Interface Design is a plus
BS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
