· Experience in Office SharePoint 2010 (MOSS) or Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) with strong knowledge of SharePoint object model, and working knowledge of WSP builder tool · 6+ years of relevant IT experience as a developer with knowledge of systems design and analysis in .Net and Java technologies · 3+ years experience in .Net 3.x, SharePoint 2007, SharePoint Designer 2007, SharePoint 2010 · 6+ years experience with quality assurance, prototyping, construction, and integration · 6+ years experience with MS platform products · 2+ years experience with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Designer 2010 · 4+ years experience with creating master style sheets and multiple master sheets · 3+ years familiar with internal and external access security schema · 3+ years Microsoft SQL experience · Experience with HTML, web navigation design and architecture is a must · Good knowledge of using WCI for migration/integration · Strong customer facing technical presence with the ability to solve complex problems · Good documentation and communication skills
· Experience with other social media softwares such as JIVE is highly desired · Specialist with expertise in building components using Web 2.0 technology. · Experience with HTML, web navigation design and architecture is a must. · Proficiency at creating SQL statements and regular expressions is also required. · Lotus Notes Experience · Dreamweaver and Photoshop experience · Experience developing in Microsoft Silverlight for SharePoint preferred · Usage of source control tools esp. ClearCase
