Essential Responsibilities * Develop user interfaces for web-based and mobile devices to monitor and control oil field equipment
* Design and manage data warehousing solution
* Work with other Automation & Integration team members to ensure data integrity and security
* Develop custom software solutions associated with new product development
* Develop enterprise solutions for product management
* Develop solutions while focusing on the end-user experience Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a technical field
* 3+ years of software development Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Desired Characteristics * Database experience with any of the following: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server
* Mobile application development for Android, iPhones, iPads or Blackberries
* Experience with Linux, Windows, Mac, HTML5, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Python, C++ and C#
* Web development
* Must be familiar with IP routing, switching, port forwarding and firewalls
* Industrial control systems experience
* Oil and gas experience
