His responsibilities will include analysis, requirements gathering, design of technical specifications, coding, testing and support of new and existing database driven web applications. * The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of the software development uired Skills Required Skills: * Candidates must have at least 5 years of application development experience. * Candidates must have 3+ years' experience developing custom solutions using the Microsoft development platform with an emphasis on C#, , XML, Web Services, and Linq. * Candidates must have experience designing solutions to meet requirements. * Candidates must have experience reviewing business requirements * Candidates must have experience writing code to implement requirements. * Candidates must have experience implementing software fixes as required. Desired Skills: * Experience customizing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and/or SharePoint Server 2010; including using the MOSS object model, SharePoint Designer, and Workflows, and SharePoint Web Services. * An Agile development background. * Model View Controller (MVC) experience. * Experience using continuous integration. * Experience using Unit Testing framework and tools. * Exposure to the Federal Contracting a plus.
