Position Overview:
The Senior Statistical Analyst is a staff position in our Decision Analytics Modeling Group, reporting to the Director, Asset Products. The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the on-going development and enhancement of IXI proprietary Consumer Financial Assets projection models by using various data resources and analytical building blocks. Consumer Financial Assets models are a critical component of the IXI analytical solution offerings to provide complete, comprehensive view of consumer households' wallet.
The Senior Statistical Analyst : * Builds statistical models under/with general guidance; * Performs production responsibilities during new data cycles; * Composes and executes SAS programming work as necessary to complete assigned tasks; * Performs standard exploratory data analyses; * Performs quality assurance as necessary; * Specifies and executes conventional predictive models appropriate to various client situations; * Specifies and generates reports that are informative and useful to various audiences; and * Provides analytical support to clients. * MS in Statistics, or Economics, or Operations Research; * One (1)year of solid experience as a statistical or econometrics analyst; * Knowledge and/or experience in: market analysis, data analysis and modeling, statistics, economics and econometrics; * Must be a SAS Certified Base Programmer; and * Excellent oral and written communication.
