Kelly IT Resources is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator for a 6+ month long contract located in Durham NC. The qualified candidates must be able to complete the following:
Determine system patching needs, manage the system maintenance process.
Analyze threat and determine global security solutions across an entire platform.
Serves as member of SWAT team as issue resolutions across multiple platforms or applications.
Translate business needs into sound technical infrastructure solutions.
Respond to escalated support requests Tier 2/3 .
Trackwise process workflow - IT PO process Owner .
Responsible for creating RCA root cause analysis develop follow through and next steps.
Conducts QA of infrastructure patches and updates prior to deployment. Troubleshoot issues.
Provide leadership in project meetings/updates. Develop budget estimates time and cost .
Support Engineers to build and test solutions; write code and domain configuration Support Engineers to code/develop to specification.
Required Experience/Education:
8+ years experience.
Additional certifications may be required depending on business area supported.
Microsoft Windows .NET Oracle environment.
Pharma/Biotech industry experience required.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
