Job Description
Senior Systems Requirements/Test Analyst for the Marine Corps Logistics Command C4 Directorate with IT Operations and Applications Development / Maintenance. This position requires a demonstrated history of increasing responsibility. Must have the ability to review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Must have a demonstrated ability to document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Must be able to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and possess extensive experience in writing technical requirements and system design specifications. Will be required to generate and maintain accurate documentation regarding requirements, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency with system performance and services. Must have very good, general Oracle skills; must be knowledgeable of Oracle development technologies across the board. Must be able to code quickly and effectively with high reliability. Codes, tests, debugs, implements and documents highly-complex test programs; develops complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Experience in Java, Java EE, .net, and other newer programming languages, PL/SQL, Oracle forms, and Oracle application server (OAS) is a plus. The capable of reading an OO model, and creating class and sequence diagrams in an OO model is also desired. Most work will be at Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA. Some travel, within CONUS, may be required.
Required Skills
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance (Interim Secret is minimum); CompTI Security + certification prior to start date. 5 - 10+ years of AIS test and development experience; Oracle development experience; Experience in requirements analysis; systems specification and developing for multi-tier applications. Experience with relational databases and complex systems. -- Expert in developing J2EE based multi-tier applications. -- Able to participate in functional requirements and design document and other life-cycle documentation to meet SDLC requirement. Communication skills and general technical skills required; -- Quickly create and document a plan for executing the task and document the task results. -- Must have very good analytical skills.
