The Senior Systems Analyst will liaise with the development and technology teams in support of the above lity to adapt quickly to changing situations is critical. Job Requirements : Candidates must possess the following skills: · Familiar with the use of object-oriented programming languages, as well as client/server applications development processes and multimedia and Internet technology. · Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address. · Possess consulting skills to work with management to ensure agreement on system principles. · Capable of analyzing information processes or computation needs to plan and design computer systems, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering. · Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment. · Define the goals of the system and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs. · Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. · Supervise computer programmers or other systems analysts or serve as project leaders for particular systems projects. · Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation. · Have a full understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology is a MAJOR plus.
· Experience with requirements eliciation techniques such as focus groups, one-on-one interviews, document analysis, group interviews, brainstorm session facilitation is helpful.
