Title: Senior Systems Analyst Skills: Avaya 8700 Call Manager 2.X+, Date: 8-23-2010 Description: Title: Senior Systems Analyst Location: Torrance, CA Description: * Work with business partners to gather and analyze business and systems requirements * Facilitate business requirements gathering sessions with the business owners and key technical resources * Make recommendations and propose system solutions to meet business requirements * Understand and articulate technical changes required to CCS applications to satisfy requirements * Create documentation to support project and maintenance deliverables * Liaison with vendors, downstream technical development teams and business users to create and finalize test plans/use case scenarios * Facilitate QA meetings to ensure test scenarios are complete * Execute testing cycles, document results, and create testing sign-off documentation * Work with the production support technology team and the business to scope and schedule deployment of adaptive, corrective, perfective and preventive changes as defined in release calendar * Create reference documentation for current production systems and update as projects mandate * Proactively develop a course of action without being prompted to do so * Be the go-to person for both the technical team and business customer needs * Be able to consistently manage own tasks and workload, and proactively report status * Ensure timeliness, completeness, consistency and accuracy of all deliverables * Establish technical *Subject Matter Expertise* for assigned call center applications, * Perform CCS application configurations as directed to support business change and project requirements. * Manage Production Support turn over process for configuration performed * As a Subject Matter Expert, assist in problem resolution when called upon TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates should have: * 4-6 years of hands on work experience in a large Multi-Site Call Center Environment, in a technical capacity. * 3+ years of well rounded domain experience in multiple call center technologies including Call Routing, Automated Self Service solutions (IVR), Work Force Management, Quality Monitoring applications, and Remote Call Center Agent applications. * Hands on experience configuring IVR and Call Routing technologies * Hands on experience configuring Worrkforce Management and Quality Monitoring suites. * Deep understanding of call center / telephony agent state metrics such as ACW, AUX, and AHT. * Familiarity with CTI enabled Enterprise CRM tools and configuration * Deep understanding of telephony *cloud* delivery platforms including carrier route patterns, ECR, and NCR type applications. * Hands on experience integrating external call center vendors into internal call center environments. * Demonstrated ability to provide value across multiple projects or project activities to meet goals * Demonstrated ability to accurately capture business need and translate to system requirements * Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle * Strong understanding of testing methodology * Ability to understand technical architecture design of applications * Understanding of ITIL methodologies a plus * Strong written and verbal communications skills Specific Technologies Requested: Required: Avaya 8700 Call Manager 2.X+ Read/Write basic Oracle SQL Familiarity with VOIP/SIP Communications Strongly Preferred: Familiarity with Genesys Framwork Solutions Familiarity with Genesys Voice Portal Preferred: Familiarity with Siebel/Oracle 7.8+ Familiarity with Witness WFM Familiarity with Avaya Predicitve Dialer * PDS12(Mosiac) Familiarity witth NICE Perform call monitoring and analytics suite Familiarity with Audix Intuity voice mail Helpful: Understanding of VXML Please reply me back with updated resume ASAP.
