The Senior Tax Analyst position's responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:
- Assist in the preparation of Federal, State and Local income tax compliance
- Participating in the preparation of the tax provision
- Exposure to M & A related projects.

Qualified candidates will have between 2-5 years of tax compliance experience from either straight from public accounting, a combination of public accounting and private sector, or straight from private sector.
