Details As a senior Technical Analyst you will be expected to own a key piece of core technology, display broad understanding of the market and our customers as well as deep technical knowledge. You will work with a team of program management, development, and testing to ensure high-quality, and innovative solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring your team understands what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and when it needs to be done. You will need to be both creative and willing to make the tough decisions in helping chart a course for successfully delivering in the face of competing resource and project priorities. You will be responsible for ensuring that dependencies and risks are well understood and contingency plans are in place. You will be responsible for ensuring that the rest of the team and your business partners have insight into your plans, your progress, and your release plans. You will be working with a highly motivated team of engineers in a fast-paced but fun environment where hard work, intense discussions and difficult decisions are mixed with Guitar Hero sessions, great coffee, and Flying Screaming Monkeys. Requirements:
· B.S. degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Masters degree a plus. · Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a program management role, driving and managing complex SW Engineering or SW Development or SW test background is also required. · High-level of intelligence and a demonstrated passion for technology. · Ability to work effectively with really smart people on cutting-edge technology, to deeply understand the technology, and to represent the team in technical discussions. · Leadership experience driving on-time product releases within cross-functional and globally disperse organizations, including business and technical teams. · Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, along with a demonstrated ability to persuade and influence diverse groups of stakeholders. · Experience with large scale web services design and deployment strongly desired.
