Job Descriptions:
This person will work both individually and as part of a team on technical tasks for the Data Management Services (DMS) division. Duties include technical project work for DMS clients, assistance in troubleshooting technical issues and providing and implementing technical solutions to better service our DMS clients Job Duties Create customizations and implement technical solutions within the hosted applications to support the DMS business. Provide technical assistance to the production analyst and account managers. Provide technical guidance to development efforts for the hosted applications used for the DMS business. Work as part of a technical team troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions. Assisting in the monitoring and tuning of DMS production systems. Generate ideas for improving technical solutions to better service DMS clients. Required Experience:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills Attention to detail Friendly and constructive manner with peers Ability to work well under stressful situations and meet deadlines Motivation to learn and be part of a technical team Knowledge of a structured programming language Familiarity with fundraising concepts is helpful Experience with Team Approach, Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL required Experience with BB CRM, SQL Server, .NET, XML, SSRS, SSIS is a plus
