Senior VMware Administrator - Denver, CO area

We are currently searching for an experienced a Senior VMware Administrator preferably located in the Denver area. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting virtualization solutions for enterprise environments and will have experience with virtualization software, SAN infrastructure, and datacenter networking. You will be part of a team providing a first in class, hosted collaboration solution for our enterprise business clients.
Role Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining the VMware ESX infrastructure for virtual servers and desktops within global data centers in support of the hosted cloud solution service offering for eLoyalty's enterprise clients.
• Will work with at team to help support UCS B series blade server chassis
• Shared responsibility and highly skilled at providing Windows Server Administration and Support(2003 and 2008) at the enterprise level
• Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely fashion.
• Provide technical assistance to help resolve issues relating to a variety of enterprise technologies.
• Work with vendors / cross team engineering group/s to provide solutions to complex issues.
• Self motivated engineer who is able to prioritize projects, issues and tasks and work under minimum supervision.
• Lead and/or contributes as a team member on strategic projects
Skills & Experience Requirements:
• 3 to 4 years experience deploying, supporting, and administering VMware in large virtual server infrastructure environments
• Solid understanding and good experience of networking technologies including AD, DNS, WINS, and DHCP.
• 2 years experience supporting and working with UCS B series blade server chassis
• Familiarity and experience with Cisco, HP or Intel server hardware, firmware, BIOS, RAID, server backups and server security.
• Experience working in a SAN environment, ideally NetApp or EMC
• Experience with virtual server integration (VDI) and desktops.
• Must possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills in supporting enterprise level clients
• Must possess logical and methodical problem solving skills as well as the ability to communicate and justify the resolution process where necessary.
• VCP, MCSA or MCSE certifications preferred
