Seeking a senior web manger with 8+ years relevant experience with current Top Secret Clearance to work in Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) as the technical lead. Not eligible for telecommuting. Senior web manager will oversee all technical aspects of ONI organization's website to include designing and implementing internal and external web pages and applications; managing database development, technical programming, and daily operations; upgrades and maintains software, telecommunication connections, e-mail, and security systems; leads in the analysis and definition of organizational goals; collect and develop detail system functions for all aspect of ONI web site implementation of web pages, portal and applications; consults with senior leadership, shareholders, users and project teams to determine scope and requirements for web pages and related applications. Candidate must have technical experience with web design, user interface experience, data virtualization, data mining and information sharing in a large enterprise environment. Documents standards and operating procedures acts as a technical resource to the IT staff and systems users.
Required Skills: Top Secret (TS) Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). U.S. Citizen. Candidate must have extensive hands-on experience with web site management, web design, software programming, data mining, information sharing in a large DoD enterprise environment. Have experience in provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting of enterprise web site and portal. Requires an extensive knowledge in large scale data integration and virtualization with multiple data sources and formats. Capable to build a quick prototype of website to integrate enterprise information to allow effective information sharing in a dynamic environment. Work experience with Window operating system, Oracle RBDMS, MS SQL, NetApp and SharePoint. Good consultative and communication skills, analytical ability, judgment, and the ability to work effectively with client and other systems technical staff.
Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree in an information technology related field Desired certifications include Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE); and/or Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA). Knowledge of Navy Intel and IC community will be desirable.
