Service Desk Team Leader
Lead and develop the IT Service Desk to deliver best in class support; serve as the single point of contact for all IT related issues and requests; ensure prompt, accurate and consistent resolution for all issues and requests.
Qualifications/Work Experience
• Highly effective problem solving skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, independent judgment skills, verbal and written skills. • Demonstrated ability of leading a highly effective Service Desk. • Strong understanding of Service Management best practices. • Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities. • 2 years of experience in a call-center support function. • 2 years of experience supervising an IT Service Desk • Solid PC hardware/software troubleshooting ability.
Education and/or Special Training
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field with equivalent work experience. • HDI Team Leader training or other related certifications.
