We are looking for
Service Engineers
(to be based in New Jersey)

After the intake and first analysis by our Customer Care team you will ensure further trouble ticket treatment and repair activities for our global portfolio of products. You will be continuously in contact with our customers, proactively and reactively, ensuring that our products and services meet their expectations and that our repair work addresses any issues they might encounter. Our customers will rely on your timely feedback and responsiveness for their service needs.

Your responsibilities
• Front line support and customer complaint handling (B-B environment).
• Propose and introduce network and traffic solutions.
• On-line monitoring of the service performance, measuring the quality of our products and taking corrective actions both proactively and reactively.
• Identify possible areas of network and process improvements and propose solutions.
• Create performance measurements.
• Work closely with the customer and internal resources to effectively manage customer expectations and satisfaction.




Requirements:

Your profile
• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or Electronics.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish language is required to liaise with customers in Latin America.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility to interact with customers around the globe
• At least 2 years experience in a telecom and customer service environment.
• You have some basic notions of SS7/ISUP/MAP/VoIP that you would like to grow.
• You are a keen learner and enjoy fixing problems.
• You are a team player, you like to share knowledge.
• You are customer oriented and handle stressful situations well.
• You are able to concisely convey information.
• Ability to work occasional weekends.
• You are able to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
