Role:
These high profile Service Manager Architects are proven executive-level professionals who thrive on navigating his or her way to solutions within complex technical environments. With this person’s unmatched talents, tenacity, energy, and focus they will establish new and maintain existing client relationships, explore clients’ business issues, articulate value propositions, and manage implementations. Candidates will be expected to live, either in TN( ideally) or near an major eastern airport, available for significant travel and will work remotely.
Success Demands that this Best of Breed Service Center/Service Manager Architects will have an established track record of delivering Enterprise Service Management solutions, ideally with the HP Service Manager version 7, specifically with Best Practices, ITSM, ITIL Foundation Certification, Asset Management ITAM, Incident Management, Configuration Management, Change and Service Level management. However, or experience with other products is handy depending on the implementation and the integration work involved. Travel:
Regional travel is required, but much of the development work can be done off site. We have worked very hard to keep it to a minimum. Candidates should be prepared for 2-3 days of travel 2 weeks out of the month. Again, mostly regionally focused.
Compensation:
The most driven and dedicated sales professionals will be compensated with a lucrative structure with outstanding upside potential. Base salaries will range depending on experience between $100,000- $130,000.
