Contributo City (Non-US) Ireland - Galway Country Ireland Job Description Monitors and maintains the areas of systems analysis and programming, quality assurance, web engineering, and database designs. May have any of the following responsibilities: prepares systems flow charts and logic diagrams to describe existing and proposed operations; codes, debugs, and documents programs; gathers information for developing and modifying IT systems; creates and maintains descriptions for data users to meet defined organizational data requirements; supports the evaluation of user systems to ensure standards are maintained for integrity and security purposes; with direction, establishes and maintains databases for user testing purposes and production; prepares quality assurance testing and reviews for new or modified applications/systems; provides help desk support to client and IT technical staff in resolving quality assurance process or procedure questions and required documentation; gathers information for developing and modifying web and e-commerce systems; install, maintain, test, and support systems for web and e-commerce applications. Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues. Typically requires 1 - 3 years experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Qualifications Analysis, design, coding and configuration for ticketing and applications. Experience with the Siebel (Ticketing) applications preferred. Will consider candidates with experience in non-Siebel ticketing applications
