Title: Services Technical Consulting Senior Analyst Location: CHN-Beijing Implement total systems solutions to the technical needs of customers. These solutions deal with the major business processes used to manage the overall enterprise. The task requires integrating hardware, processes, methodologies, software, and the customer. Dell Technical Consultants may participate with the customer in the strategic design process and translate business needs into technical systems solutions. They are responsible for the deployment of technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs. May assist the sales organization and related Practice Areas as technical/industry subject matter experts. This role predominantly handles customized and non-standard ( non-SKU'ed) offerings. * Using business process engineering techniques, implements technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions, using the company's or a third-party's hardware/software products and/or processes and methodologies. * Integrates solutions and strategies within the customer environment, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. * Identifies additional product/services sales opportunities in customer organization. * Performs system design, development and installation of hardware/software/process and methodology solutions. * Provides hardware/ software/ process and methodology services to customers. * Leads the application and implementation of technical system solutions based on the client's needs. * May configure, test and debug systems using defined procedures or processes. * Investigates, analyzes, and resolves problems on selected hardware/software products or technology processes/ methodologies. * May perform sales support as directed by answering technical questions, preparing packaged presentations, and running demonstrations.
