Sharepoint Developer/Designer

Sharepoint Developer/Designer to support technical interface between JFCC IMD Sharepoint Servers and BNOSC databases and site specific application servers. Position is in support of the JRDC program at SAFB, CO.
Sharepoint services include developing new sites, understanding security, modifying or creating ""Web Parts"" and interfacing with SQL sources of information such as Remedy, ArcGIS, NOVAS and ESRI. The Sharepoint Developer/Designer will work with other developers of these system to transfer information to and from Sharepoint on a daily basis. Will provide Sharepoint training and familiarization to BNOSC and CUBE users of the system both locally and at remote sites via DCO or equivalent. Primary duty hours fall within the 0700-1700, Monday-Friday. On occasion, must be able to support 2nd shift and weekend hours as necessary to support system requirements, troubleshooting, testing and exercise support.



Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must be proficient in Sharepoint application and interfacing and SQL database. Experience with Site Collection duties for Sharepoint 2007. Must be familiar with use of Web Parts and Site collection features, ability to create and manage simple/complex workflows associated with Lists/Libraries, some knowledge of Infopath, extensive knowledge of SharePoint Designer to modify Sites/Pages and must be Microsoft certified 70-630. Candidate must have in-depth experience in Microsoft Office applications, must be able to work under minimum supervision and must possess or have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance. Must have a Security certification or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire. Candidate must have a Bachelor's and 8 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer experience with Sharepoint 2010 and SQL 2008. Must be organizational goal oriented with strong commitment to a team environment, good communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
