Position Summary:

SUMMARY
This position is expected to accomplish SharePoint development tasks and SharePoint support activities independently with moderate supervision and guidance of the Development Manager or Mentor. This position is also expected to perform as an active member in group projects. The position requires a foundational knowledge to understand the technical requirements of the job. Must be well organized and results oriented. This position can be located in Shawnee Mission, KS, Springfield, MO or Monett, MO.
Skills and Knowledge
* Experience working independently on a task to a successful completion
* Experience participating in a development project with others, as a contributing member
* Development experience using one or more of the following:
* C#
*

* ASP
* Technical writing experience with one or more of the following:
* Requirements
* Functional Specifications
* Project Charter
* Proof of Concept
* User Documentation
* Data base entity diagrams
* Advanced end user of SharePoint and able to demonstrate experience with the creation of SharePoint objects (libraries, lists, and sites) and the management of a site within SharePoint.
* Demonstrates knowledge of the interactivity between Microsoft Office products and SharePoint.
* Familiar with creating custom page layouts within SharePoint.
* Knowledgeable of common SharePoint toolsets such as SharePoint Designer or Visual Studio.
* Working knowledge of InfoPath.
Requirements


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor?s degree in business, software engineering, computer science or;Equivalent combination of education and experience and;
* 18 months to 3 years of technical experience in software development and;
* 1-2 years of experience with SharePoint
WORKING CONDITIONS
* Typical office setting with environmentally controlled conditions.
* Able to work extended hours as business needs dictate.
* Occasional overnight travel may be required.
