Position Description The role is part of the growing Lenovo Western Europe Operations team, located in Bratislava, who support all Lenovo EMEA countries, providing the main data information covering entire Lenovo sales reps activity as well as business model performance cross Western Europe. The role covers data management and reporting related to : - Revenue & Profit measures (based on Economic Cost) across all Routes to Market (RTMs) - Track End Customer Sales through bid tracking . The role covers: - Tracking Revenue & Profitability: RTM performance, brand performance, Business Model / country performance - Significant user base in Sales, Marketing and Finance to exec level. - Support on tools and reporinting developement - Supportng quality check of data for prelims and final production of the reports - Searching for enhancement and improvement to reduce an error rate - Treatment of Accruals, Future Billing Adjustments (FBA) etc from ledger - Working with the virtual project teams on IT issues / development - Weekly reporting to executive team - Business reviews including analysis and trendlines interpretation including financial data sets - Leading internal and cross team tasks - Participating on tools/reporting developement with developer community as well as internal teams - Strong interlock with Finance group to gather and execute on their requirements covering weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence - Weekly interlock with technical team on tools support and development - Participate and deliver to key strategic projects as a reprezentative of data management teamPosition Requirements . University education . Previous experience in a customer facing environment would be advantageous. . Good IT skills . Ability to work with various software packages (e.g. MS Office, mainly MS Excell, MS Powepoint, MS Lotus Notes, MS Access and BRIO advantage, knowledge of SQL an advantage, etc.) . Ability to communicate and report to all management lineslevels of management . Able to work on his/her own initiative to strict deadlines. . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Excellent analytical and problem solving skills . Developed customer facing skills both by phone and e-mail . Proactive & dedicated team player, ability to work in small team as well as take part in a wider global team to meet customer requirements. . Ability to work to deadlines, organised and methodical person with logical approach in addresing issues. . Customer Service Skills, highly motivated individual . Ability to quickly grasp complex systems, procedures etc. . Attention to details, analytical mindset . Fluent English (oral and written) . European language advantageous .
