Description:
THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN TUCSON, AZ - THERE IS NO RELOCATION AVAILABLE.
The incumbent will work with product management and members of the application support and development teams to support the MidasPlus DataVision web application.
Essential Job Functions:
? Support complex multi-user software information systems.
? Analyze, diagnose and resolve reported software and data problems.
? Develop software tools to aid in the internal processes of the company.
? Apply proper uses of logical programming techniques to ensure the usability of the application.
? Troubleshooting for clients, both internal and external.
Education and Typical Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree required or exceptionally relevant software design and programming experience. At least three years experience in design and development of information systems, preferably with healthcare systems distributed to a client base. At least six months experience in developing in Microsoft .
Specific Requirements:
? Development experience with HTML/DHTML required
? Experience with Javascript required
? Knowledge of InterSystems Cache/Mumps scripting and database required
? VB Script experience a plus
? Cache Server Pages experience a plus
? Experience with ASP or a plus
? Previous experience in the health care industry a plus
? Skilled in database structure and design.
? Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
? Strong analytical ability.
? Ability to establish effective, professional working relationships with clients and co-workers.
