EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES â?¢ Degree in computer science, engineering, natural science or related subject â?¢ Very good knowledge in VSTO, Office Programming and />â?¢ Basic knowledge in C++, XML and COM Add ins â?¢ ABAP OO knowledge appreciated â?¢ Interest in technical topics â?¢ Analytical thinking â?¢ Autonomous â?¢ Service and customer orientation â?¢ Communication skills â?¢ Team Player â?¢ Fluent English required PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES As part of Installed Base Maintenance and Support (IMS), the CRM Middleware and CRM Mobile Team provide support and maintenance for all CRM customers. The teams are responsible for the framework underlying the data exchange between CRM and other systems. We are looking for engaged persons development support in the area of CRM Groupware. Thatâ?Ts the connection between CRM and exchange- and lotus domino servers. For this you will take code ownership.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS You are working in a team of motivated and experienced colleagues. Your main focus lies on handling customer problems on the level of development support. For this you will need to have a thorough understanding of the VSTO, Office Programming and source code of the corresponding component. Besides that you should develop strategies to improve overall quality of the software and to increase acceptance for the product at customer site.
