Analyzing user requirements and working with Product Managers on use case scenarios Proposing system designs based on customer problems and product requirements Participating in system design meetings, preparing requirements and design specifications Estimating and creating task descriptions necessary for the implementation of a system design Implementing features, writing and executing unit tests, and debugging programs as required Identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex software problems Proposing recommendations regarding new software features and improvements Working as a technical leader providing guidance to the team and ensuring products are meeting key quality requirements Minimum 3 years of web development experience Proficiency in Java (for web applications) Some experience with Ruby on Rails (JRuby) Minimum undergraduate degree in Computer Science or closely related field You could be working with a variety of technologies depending on whether your team is focused on mobile or web development.
Web AJAX (Yahoo UI, JQuery, etc.), JavaScript, CSS, HTML. SQL language, application database design, optimization experience Web services (REST)
