We are currently looking for an seasoned Database Architect/ Modeler. We will consider relocation for candidates with exceptional uirements:* Candidates will be responsible for modeling project-level data models for applications under development. * Responsibilities include the coordinating and working with resources from the business, development, and database administration areas to develop an information solution that advances best practices within Information Architecture. * He is responsible for the gathering of data requirements through facilitated sessions or Use Cases, and designing data models based on those requirements.* He is responsible for review and approval of the data model by the project team. * He must be able to influence the project team to design and build quality data models within defined client standards. * He is required to handle multiple project assignments with minimal direction, manage and negotiate work load with project manager, escalate issues as necessary to his/her management, and possess excellent communication skills. * He must possess the flexibility required to respond to changing priorities.* Solid data modeling and facilitation skills are the most critical skills needed.* IDA experience preferred but ERWin and/or Advantage GEN experience acceptable.* DBA skills are a plus but not required.* Well developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are also necessary Compensation:* HTC offers an extremely generous compensation package including:* Paid vacation and sick days * Medical, Dental and Vision coverage* 401 K* Life & Accident insurance* Flexible Spending AccountsCandidates should e-mail resume to [click on "Apply Online" button] or call at Be sure to reference the job number and title in the subject line.
