Title: Software Engineer Location: USA-Oregon, Hillsboro Description Join a highly dynamic team in DTS (Design Technology and Solutions) within Intel?s Technology and Manufacturing Group. DTS delivers design and technology solutions that ensure Intel?s leadership in product development & silicon technology. Specifically, our HSD web based and client/server based product suites provide a series of essential, mission-critical data management & data automation products to Intel product teams (design and validation communities) worldwide In this position, you will be responsible for gathering or analyzing user requirements, writing design specifications and implement the solution. The successful candidate will be able to leverage strong analytical skills and software engineering methodology. He or she will contribute in a team environment and must utilize excellent customer orientation and communication skills. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Applying software skills to solve web technology problems -Using judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for complex processes according to specs, and performing unit and integration testing -Planning and scheduling work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks . Minimum Qualifications: - Master?s degree or PhD in Computer Science/Engineering -At least two years of experience or academic coursework in web application, database design/development -Demonstrated strong in Database design and development including developing complex query, stored procedures and triggers -Working knowledge in web development using .NET* (*, C# and control development) -Working knowledge in MS SQL -MS and/or Linux platform knowledge Additional Desired Qualifications: -Knowledge of data warehouse and data analysis is plus. -Knowledge of Javascript. -Knowledge of MS VSTO and MS Office is plus.
