As a Senior Software Developer, you will be providing technical leadership in design as well as hands on implementation. (M) * 7 years experience in NET/C# and/or java/J2EE * Experience designing and building scalable and robust solutions in large enterprise application deployments * Broad knowledge in various domain areas (i.e. security, presentation, persistence, caching, etc) * Strong knowledge in enterprise design patterns * At ease working both in a fast-paced startup environment as well as in a more process-driven big company atmosphere * Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audience * Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and meet commitments within project schedule * Detail oriented * Experience working in SaaS preferred * Strong experience in C# preferred * Experience in AJAX preferredExperience in ORM (i.e. hibernate, ADO, Castor, etc) preferred * Knowledge of IT management software, particularly in desktop management preferred * Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
