SUMMARY Candidate will work in the Symitar division of Jack Henry & Associates. We develop, support and install core software systems for credit unions. Your role will be with the software development team handling various responsibilities that include but are not limited to all phases of the software development lifecycle, database development and administration, report development, client training and client support. Requirements
Skills: High energy, self-motivated individual who, with general guidance can utilize object-oriented design concepts to design and develop new software features to an existing financial core software system. Strong skills in , C#, XML and SQL Server 2008 are required. Knowledge in financial applications for banking and credit unions is a plus. Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills that are utilized with designers, support staff and clients. Candidate will be involved in recommending technical and user solutions that bring our clients value through efficiency or financial benefits. Team: It is a small team and the candidate needs to be a strong team player who can be flexible and willing to do whatever is needed for the team and client. You may have a project that involves development of new financials features or client support issues to resolve or billable client requests to handle. Candidate must be able to work with clients on requirements, develop solutions and thoroughly test the results for quality implementations.
