Position Responsibilities: Test software projects from design to release using manual and automated processes Work with support and development teams to troubleshoot production issues Write test plans and test cases Essential Skills/Qualifications: 4+ years QA experience, must have server-side testing experience Understanding of common software QA concepts and processes Understanding of internet protocols and technology Good verbal and written communication skills Bachelors degree, preferably in a technical field Ability to write test plans and test cases, and to work in a small team environment Experience with ANSI SQL, XML, Oracle, Java, Perl, or Linux is a plus EDI experience is a plus This is a full-time (exempt) position.
