General Accountability:

The Software Solutions Manager reports to the Manager, Software Licensing Services and or the Director of Sales. The Software Solutions Manager  holds ultimate responsibility for the successful delivery of all Acrodex Service engagements within a specified client site. They provide project-level oversight/governance for all contracted engagements underway within Acrodex service offerings. This individual will sell a diverse portfolio of software and software related professional service offerings to net new accounts.

Specific Accountabilities:

1. Provide management governance/oversight of all engagements underway at customer site(s).
2. Provide Sales Director a weekly update.
3. Service as the Acrodex escalation point for customers for all Service delivery matters, including but not limited to matters of service delivery quality, staffing, invoicing, contracts, etc.
4. Provide leadership and guidance to the local delivery teams.
5. Provide senior level contractual and commercial management expertise to the various services engagements underway within the region.
6. Business Development for Acrodex initiatives.
7. Assist, as appropriate, delivery staff with issue resolution, risk mitigation and change management.
8. Quality review key deliverables and proposals, ie those of a contractual and commercial matter.
9. Overall management and allocation of resources across the various customer accounts.
10. Increase Software and Software Services Gross Profit and Revenue
11. Prospect, Cold call and develop New Business Relationships for Acrodex
12. Provide Guidance to customers on Software products and Acquisitions.
13. Ongoing Appointment activity, and pipeline management
14. Understands and demonstrates the willingness to promote Acrodex's vision and values

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills & Abilities)

1. Post- Secondary Education (Degree or Diploma)
2. 3+ years Account management/Business Development experience necessary
3. Knowledge on Software Products
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
6. A team player, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
7. Possesses strong relationship skills, ability to hunt new opportunities while managing and up-selling existing accounts.
