THE IDEAL CANDIDATE (YOU) The ideal candidate is an experienced SDET with a track record of shipping high quality products and will have: A strong customer focus, and be able to make critical decisions independently in a fast paced and demanding environment. Expertise in rich client and SaaS technologies (WSS, HTML, XML,.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, Silverlight) and have the ability to comprehend and communicate systems architecture. A track record of implementing proper tools to improve engineering processes Excellent cross-organizational skills Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills 2+ years of software development experience is required, 2+ years of broad testing experience is a plus B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
