Description Description: "The candidate must be involved in at least 3-4 end-to-end DW/BI implementation projects and should be current with the latest industry trends. The Candidate should have exposure to Claims Systems and Health CAre Procedures , 835 /837 codes. The candidate needs to be self-starter with ability to lead, design Test Cases and Execute them. Should be familiar with Testing tools like Test Director." Job Level Summary: These engineers are primarily focused on the Functionality of the Healthcare Claims Systems in general and be adaptable to Client specific Claim processing systems. Duties: " The role of these test leads encompasses to create test scripts in co-ordination with Business and verify data loaded from Source to Staging to Datawarehouse. These engineers are also work in conjunction with the Business Analysts, Solution Consultants and ETL Team to create, modify, or update test scripts. Perform analysis, design, create test cases, documentation and execution of test scripts. ability to work on Test Director is a plus. Follow testing guidelines, standards and procedures Must be able to also perform as a Data Analyst and address overall data quality and match and merge from various disparate systems. Participate in requirements, design, and code reviews and get the big picture. Lead the project independently and communicate with Business Analysts, ETL developers and Business Team. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business team members" Qualifications: " 5+ years of Testing experience with 7+ years of exposure to Health Care Claims Systems and Procedures. - Experience with star schema and OLAP modeling - Experience with Test Director - Experience with Oracle,DB2 and SQL - Deep knowledge of Claim standards - 835/837 and HIPAA standard codes. - Understanding of change management and automation/repeatability - Strong knowledge and use of full lifecycle development methodologies, standards and procedures - Ability to multi-task and provide expertise for multiple development teams across concurrent project tasks - Resourceful and self starter with minimal hand holding required - Good team work and communication skills Nice to have: - Experience in developing and executing the SQLs"
