Requires an experienced professional to manage the security requirements for a multi-compartmented Corporate SCIF facility. In the role as Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO), the candidate will be responsible for implementing multi-level security protocols and procedures supporting several government agencies. The candidate will be supporting the development of cross-sector strategies that identify customer requirements for advanced systems and technologies related to intelligence/DOD programs that could lead to the generation of new business for Northrop Grumman.
Basic Qualifications: Individual must have a minimum of 10 years experience in SAP and SCI security. BA/BS degree required. 15 years experience can be traded in lieu of degree. Current SSBI required. The candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of highly classified military operation, DOD/intelligence and acquisition programs. Responsibilities not only include managing DCID 6/4 personnel, automated information systems, physical and technical security actions and procedures in compliance with DoD/Intel regulations, but providing guidance and assistance to senior Corporate personnel and external customers. Individual's presentation and writing skills must be exemplary for interface with internal and external customers. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills related to security policy and procedures mandatory. .
