- Defines process flows, business rules, and user requirements. Works with outside vendors to identify/schedule programs and support materials. - Reviews and or edits documents such as technical procedure manuals, user manuals, operational specifications, and related technical publications. - May employ Six Sigma methodology and analytics to accomplish business objectives. - Ensures process capability, control, and improvement by implementing procedures and interpreting standards. - Strong daily interactions to acquire and analyze process measures results on a continuous basis. - Consults with management on process management and improvement. Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements. - Responsible for the identification, analysis, development, and documentation of process improvements. - Data gathering and analysis, developing conclusions and recommendation. - Work may involve major modifications to existing processes or systems or development of new processes or systems. - Executes change management process to capture, evaluate, document, approve, implement, and communicate all project changes
